Volvo Launches Its First Luxury Car V-40 In India

Swedish premium automobile maker Volvo Auto has recently launched its recent luxury hatch V-40 in India at a starting price of Rs 24.75 lakh on Wednesday.

Adding more in to this, the luxury car seems to have entered in to the Indian market in two variants including D3 Kinetic and D3 R-designs, both priced at Rs 24.75 lakh and Rs 27.7 lakh respectively.

This seems to be the company's first luxury car in India and comes with several features that support drives in Indian cities, including safety options that benefit both pedestrians and riders.

One such great feature that comes with the car which is pretty much useful in the Indian traffic is that it automatically applies brakes if the driver does not react when the vehicle in front slows down abruptly.

Along with this, the car comes knee airbags for the driver and safety cage that is capable of withstanding impact in the event of any crash.

On the exterior, though the masculine SUV flaunts highlights that are typically synonymous with Volvo’s design aesthetics, it is still ingrained with concepts that classify it as futuristic.

Having understood these safety features that comes with the car, it seems like Volvo is all set to take the Indian market by storm pretty soon.
