Hyundai ix25 Based 'Creta' To Launch Soon In India

Hyundai is pretty soon bringiong its new compact SUV, the ix25 to the Indian roads.

However, the name of the ix25 seems to be changed in to 'Creta' while bringing to the country.

The name 'Creta' according to the company is because it evokes similarities with the term creative.

It is well expected that the new Hyundai Creta will eventually compete against currently existing players such as Ford EcoSport, Renault Duster and Premier Rio.

The competitors list is soon to be updated with Maruti, Tata and Mahindra bringing in vehicles on similar lines.

Speaking more about the new company SUV, Hyundai Creta comes with a choice of 1.6 petrol and diesel engines from the Verna along with some new daytime running lamps, projectors and much more.

Expect the interiors to be as luxurious as the Hyundai i20 Active and crammed with features which is a Hyundai forte.

Coming to the details about the launch, the Hyundai Creta is expected to be out something during July this year.
