BMW Launches Gran Turismo Sport Line At Rs 39.90 Lakh

The luxury car maker BMW has recently added a new variant to its popular 3 GT series.

Named as BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo Sport Line, the car being assembled at BMW's Chennai facility has been priced at Rs 39.90 lakh (ex-Delhi showroom).

The new variant gets a gloss black kidney grilles, door sills with the 'BMW Sport' logo in aluminium and matte black side window frames.

Along with these, the car also comes with seats in red contract stitching while the trim is done in fine wood. However, it is being said that the interior lighting can be varied depending on the requirement from the iDrive system.

The company seems to have given as much a sporty touch to a class vehicle as possible with this new variant.

However, the new variant is slightly different from its top end model in terms of the omission of the panoramic sunroof, leather upholstery and chrome in the cabin.

The Sport Line also gets a different alloy wheel pattern, while the engine is powered by the same TwinPower Turbo diesel motor which is good for a 0-100 kmph sprint of 8.5s and a claimed top speed of 226 kmph.
