Marc Marquez, the 20-year-old from Cervera, Spain, became the youngest ever World Champion of the premier class of MotoGP as he finished third in the Valencia Grand Prix held yesterday.

Reigning world champion Jorge Lorenzo went on to win the Silverstone GP, outwitting his younger counterpart Marc Marquez in an epic last lap battle.

Rookie Marc Marquez took the topmost position on the podium at the Indianapolis Grand Prix, making it three straight wins in America.

Marc Marquez has created history by winning the US GP at Laguna Seca in the 2013 MotoGP Championship, by becoming the youngest rider to win two consecutive races in the premier class of the sport.

The German GP held at Sachsenring made for an action packed race, despite two of the contenders for this years world championship being absent from the race.

Reigning champion Lorenzo rode to victory at the Spanish GP, only to have the spotlight stolen from him following the amazing in-race fight between the two Repsol Honda riders for second place.

The weekend at Mugello seemed to be tough for Valentino Rossi after getting off to an amazing start during practice. Lorenzo claimed victory during the race showcasing the strength of his Yamaha and his World Champion skill.

Dani Pedrosa won his second race of the 2013 MotoGP season in the French GP at Le Mans. He now leads the riders' championship, six points ahead of Marc Marquez.

Mahindra Racing is looking forward to this weekend’s race at the historic Le Mans circuit after a session of testing in Spain.
